NOTE 6 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS
On November 30, 2023, the Company completed a reverse merger with JFH Digital E-Commerce Corp. As a result
of the reverse merger, a rescission agreement was entered into with Consolidated, Global, and Tahoe. The
subsidiary Houdini Group was dissolved. As a result of the merger, there were no shares of Preferred outstanding at
INTEGRATED, INC.
