Tristan: "I’m an employee. My job is to relay what Bill instructs at the right time according to what’s best for the company."

Me: "I understand, Tristan, as an employee, you’re just doing your job.
But, as Livewire’s Investor Relations, when Bill tells you FOR OVER A YEAR,
that he’s taking care of the back Taxes, don’t you question that at some point?
Doesn’t that make you think that something’s not right?
At what point do you say “Bill, you’ve been telling me to tell investors that for over a year, what’s going on?
Don’t you read the Financials of your own company, and question numbers that don’t look right?
Like: Where’s the Revenue coming from and where’s it going?
Who is Bill loaning the profits to, and why?
Why doesn’t Bill pay off the numerous loans and enormous debt?
Why aren’t the Financials audited by a third-party?

How can you “relate” to investors, when you don’t do a deep dive into the Financials so you can address our concerns?"
