Yes I think so.

And I'm not just talking 90% of share count, as VisionTrader eluded to.
But mostly, the REE/ CSP results presented, and still having those shares to sell to the Institutions!.

Scott is the hero on this one. As soon as it is filed and on the Link you provided, then 30 days later we move to final decision. (or when any critics are satisfied)
