I guess we differ on what "noise" term means. Noise isn't what someone posts and quotes from the filings. Noise in my opinion was the conjecture riddled hype that ran this over a penny in the first place. Pure speculative hype fueled this runup. A quick read over filing should be first. You won't see what is inevitably coming in the next 8K from this lawsuit in a chart. In fact, dig just a bit deeper by monitoring the court document updates and find out what is happening before the next 8K is filed. My post below from when I first showed up on this board and the day it hit the 52 week high of $0.0128. That assessment from a quick skim of the Q3 filing.

I just see promotion here based on a "system and method" patent that looks dubious to me in terms of monetization. I would have to agree with that poster. I think I will pass, frankly I believe you have seen your run. Between those conversion shares and those who want to lock in their gains, when it turns it will likely turn hard. Just another view point to temper the emotional fervor. This is the OTC when it looks too good to be true you can bet your losses that it is.
