You have NO CHANCE of being correct FACT!!
FKA BioAmber was liquidated for less than 5% of its liabilities. All of its assets are gone, the business was shut down and not heard from for over 5 years. Nobody is going to pay $100 mil to pay the bad debts to get a nameless asset less shell lol
