Got spam mail - dated today - concerning SBRX about the closing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Christian Operating Company for the acquisition of Christian's No 4 Port Arthus asset.

"As part of the first MOU, Stonebridge acquired the No. 4 gaswell in Port Arthur, Texas with 4 billion cubic ft. of natural gas."

Question :
How can they spam with news that is not publicly released ?
