Pretty simple. IDE will be approved. Vivos team has been on the FDA gateway path to ensure approval. So why not develop and further advance IsoPet? Company will be that much further ahead doing so. Under your method, once IDE is approved before starting IsoPet, Vivos would be several months, if not years, behind in development of IsoPet, clinics, and generating profit from IsoPet. Huge swing and miss there.
