You may be new to the board, but you aren't new to trading. You know what custodianships and reverse mergers are all about. Sharp called it a merger on several occasions over the years in his tweets, so that was what was expected.

As for this turn of events, the problem is that less and less people trust George. He just continually lets down shareholders now. So, his target date next month to raise the $15M needed will mostly not happen. The history of this stock is delay after delay. Normally, these types of merger plays don't take 3 years + to play out. They are done in 1 to 1.5 years, if they are legit. So stringing along shareholders this long for a merger that never happened is hard to take.
