Say what? If they buy 300 million shares in the open market, it will reduce the float by 37%.

With so many OTC companies issuing shares nowadays, good to see some like IGEX buying open market shares back.

For those who are in it, it is a win and provides hope that the company is putting money where their mouth is. Good Luck
