Ok… no judge Gilstrap hasn’t given us a new date… makes zero sense since he double and triple books cases.. we are 2.5 weeks away from them cancelling the case…??

We have been waiting for how long on a royalty rate from judge Gilstrap? … and yes Jason looks like a genius asking for a Billion bucks in the April 23 case.. as sales have quadrupled since then.. possibly making the 303m in damages closer to 1 B..

Now in West Texas where NLST has 3 patents that are validated…and the case has been Stayed… NLST is dragging its feet to get this case to trial?

Getting a royalty deal with Micron shouldn’t take this long…

Getting a deal done with both MU and SS
