VILLAGE OF ELK CREEK NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE is hereby given that the Village of Elk Creek is soliciting bids for a construction project: a Community Building. Bidding documents will be available for viewing at the Lincoln Builders Bureau Lincoln, Nebraska beginning January 25, 2024. Sealed bids marked "Community Building" will be due on or before 2:00 p.m. on February 26, 2024, in the Owner's post office box. Work of the project includes construction of a community building utilizing a pre-manufactured steel structure with an area of 3,120 square feet.

Miscellaneous work includes utilities to the points of connection, paving, and city sidewalks.

This project is being partially funded by Federal Funds from the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. The successful bidder will be required to comply with all program requirements listed in the bid documents, including compliance with all statutory provisions. The Davis-Bacon and related Acts (DBRA) apply to this project. This contract will be a stipulated sum.

A pre-bid meeting will be held at the project site located at 383 Ash Street, Elk Creek, Nebraska on February 15, 2024 at 10:00 am.
