Just keep in mind they added a new member to their advisory board on 10 January. It would be both reasonable and plausible that he is advancing resources for a new acquisition at this time. Incoming business partners always require a specified window of time for due diligence. From the outside ( where we are) looking inside (where they are) very little might be observed.
