That is correct in general, but we are dealing with commerical real estate which in some part like office have been there for years, and even if lower interest rates do help that could be countered by Bad health of a loan book. Furthermore, do you think anyone is paying top $$ for commercial real estate loans from them after this PR/company Disaster and everyone knowing they want to move some of this paper. Your gonna probably get taken advantage of most likely.
It is basically like trying to make a trade, but everyone knowing your desparate to make one, your not dealing from a position of strength. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
