Perhaps they never got further than their infamous "LOI" on Bonanza like all the other Mega news deals. Then Carlos Slim actually ponied up the cash and snatched Bonanza out from under them. Bet there is no deal for the stockpile as well. Lots of Bagasse and Cane juice tho.....Ah....good times.
