"going to take few months".....??????? This is the most ill informed and naive post I have ever seen.
You don't seem to understand what is going on here.
This stock no longer trades freely.
And that probably will never change.
It certainly won't change in a "few months".
If they have current or potential litigation, that would be a footnote disclosure in the financial statements....You know, that thing they can't seem to get filed.
