There is no interest in this stock, and there's a good reason for that. Company doesn't have the cash to do jack and has still not informed their shareholders why the uplisting/offering failed.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
