Who knows? Maybe we will be surprised with speedy outcome OR perhaps could be manipulation to drag out in hopes a big investor or two can score a boatload of cheap shares? Pure speculation on my part. It’s def been a historical rollercoaster with this one.
Ben/Synergy & DE lawyer should have had all supporting case material prepared a while back, not like situation just sprung up…
Simply comes down to submitting paperwork, court process/timing IMO.
