Common holders here can file a legitimate lawsuit against this company for trading it shares below the stated par value. That actually will be a legitimate to apply pressure on Shameless. The question now is which one of these so-called common holders has the time and money to follow through with that. Common holders can't even do that to pressure Shameless into getting his act together, instead the deranged are on here pumping this junk with no real senes attached to it.
