On June 14th about 200m shares appeared on the OS without explanation. Company was asked about this, said they would check it out. Never heard about it again.

Today, after two 5m share sell days in a row AND about 100m being added to the OS, we also get a Tweet that Form 10 is sooo close!

Is there a reasonable explanation? Sure. Do I find that "reasonable explanations" are also the typical explanations? Not so much.
