Nothing on the OTC tells you a press release is pumping when the company/Sharp issues a PR about a non-binding LOI.

A real company that is a SEC filer would never do that (unless they are a scam).

Why would a company issue a press release and not name the company until the deal was completed.

Alway run when you see a LOI or MOU.

Sharp will be pumping his ass off tomorrow and the next week.

And a few cult members will believe his pumping BS.
