Horsts I agree. Can’t dilute without explanation to shareholders. That’s just plain evil. Knowing it drives pps down. Understand if he needs money for R&D. BUT, a good CEO would explain that is going on. Instead of fluffy tweets. He should have at least a weekly newsletter or something with TRUTHFUL account of how it’s going.
