At least Guido has finally backed off the idiotic argument that the "public they serve" is FnF themselves.

By the way, writing-off the SPS "for free" does NOT benefit the taxpayers.



That's a different consideration. Writing off the senior prefs is something Treasury would do. Treasury never had a fiduciary duty to the companies or its shareholders.

Got legal theories no plaintiff has tried? File your own lawsuit or shut up.
