IPIX always had sufficient funding to proceed with the brilacidin OM program, until Leo Ehrlich unilaterally decided to give $4 million of shareholders’ money to a private offshore company operating in a different field.

I wonder why after what IPIX claimed was a successful Phase II trial and again an allegedly successful pre-Phase III meeting with FDA several years ago, nothing ever happened?
