Well, if that is so then shouldn't there be an arrest already for FrankyO not disclosing material information in the last quarterly report? He should be in prison already for the GOLD HOAX that started this POS company. $mONI
The tweets claimed Scott Harmolin was a director and the tweets claimed the "Part 135" merger was in play but neither was noted in current and known events. Next 10-K is due soon so the Scott Harmolin assignment and subsequent removal should be in there as well. If not, then FrankyO has already violated SEC rules.
