Not the case.

They have a trading plan as indicated on the form 4's

The Reporting Person sold shares of Class A Common Stock in the open market pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan intended to satisfy the affirmative defense conditions of Rule 10b5-1(c), entered into on August 17, 2023.



A Rule 10b5-1 trading plan is a prearranged plan for selling and/or buying company stock at predetermined times. Nothing nefarious there.
