I vaguely remember either AIG or CITI that sued afterwards.

They won the lawsuit but received nothing in damages lol...

Sounds eerily similar to Lamburger where the 8-0 jury saw the 300B+ swindle... Saw the 1.6B asking in damages... and decided that shareholders didn't deserve all of that so gave us 600 million instead.

I pray that all common holders will be able to move on with their lives after this whole ordeal is done.
