They buy then sell it

You are assuming 1-2 percent net profit but with gross margins of 18 percent that is a very low ball assumption imo

I honestly believe it will be closer to 10 percent net but we shall see

Most brokers will earn 2 percent but this is not a brokered contract. The contract includes shipping as that is standard for all commodity contracts so the difference between gross and net is really a lot less than 16-17 percent
