Scottish Texan is correct only market makers are able to place buy or sells below .0001 or .00005 ticks. This is when you see a buy or sell at say .00015. For those calling out SCAM alerts I can say that about 99% of any otc ticker at some point in their trading history were scams. What makes a scam?? How about to intentionally put out a pr, tweet even an 8k with the sole intent to sell or dilute shares into it?? You might want to look at the OTC market since 2022. $$ isn't free anymore, instead of a toxic lender borrowing $$ at 4% to 6% and loaning it to a broke ass OTC company for a 20% return, these same toxic lenders have to borrow at 10% to 12% and lend it out at 30%x return. Remember those returns are a premium, that many of them don't ever see until they litigate against the company and in turn are awarded more share to dilute to cover the premiums on said loans. They get their original investment back immediately by selling & shorting the shares they're awarded for those loaned funds.
Someone mentioned its a scam because a ton of shares were bought but the shares showing on the ask didn't change. The most likely reason for this is again M/M only showing a portion of what they are really selling. Even retail can play this game. There's a dozen platforms out there now that you can not only pick your M/M to execute your trade, but also place how many shares you want to show on the bid or ask. Any of you that have been trading even a 1 or 2 have seen 10,000 on the ask, but then see a few million shares hit the ask and the 10K ask is still there. VGLS pa today just shows you that there were more shares there to be sold but were hidden behind other trades. Just part of the game. IMO nothing bad comes from billion shares getting hit above the bid! Most Dilution gets sold into the bid! No place for this to go but sideways or up! SCAM?? Maybe but again I play OTC, i trade them as they are all scams, and my intent is to play them before they play me. GL im long!
