VERB @.14 Is interesting. Had 8-k today Where they paid down debt by selling non-convertible preferred shares. Plus they said 'Accordingly, as of the date of this Current Report, the Company believes that it has regained compliance with the stockholders’ equity requirement of NASDAQ Listing Rule 5550(b)(1) for continued listing' Bought a few today. Will watch closely. Probably will have news in the morning. Remember to DD and be proactive not reactive. Do not chase the pumps. Be there first by DD.
