What a load of crap. A $7B company isn't going to inhabit a stinky pink scam shell and hand over equity ownership to a bunch of its shareholders. That would be a monumentally stupid thing to do.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
