Minor delays are nothing. Delays especially minor ones, in fact with excellent reasons is NOTHING. He gave an excellent reason for building a skid to put the unit on. It is suppose to be one unit whereas it can be moved, removed all as one unit. A skid Is an absolutely Positive moving forward.

I have experience with building prototypes and an engineer once told me that engineering/development is a constant and ongoing. There is always something down the pipeline that can be improved or changed.

A skid delay(days at the most) or any positive improvement should be looked at as a blessing to catch it this early on in the development.
