What we have to hope is that this isn't a case of a PR released, followed by dilution. It could well be - I don't really understand where this news is any different from what we already knew. As was pointed out in an earlier post, have they really acquired the company yet. If they're going to do it, how would they do it? Selling more shares? I'm in this a bit, but like with any OTC, there are a lot of questions.
