Question is what is going to happen to the company now?

It seems you have a big position in this company. You stated you own several hundred million shares.
One could say even a control person. There is no mention of you in the financials.
Were any plans made for succession or is the company going to die.

The operation and agreements in Bolivia, there is about 30 days before the company is late on the annual report .

Who are you speaking to at the company?
