RWGI has shown a lot of potential. Very close ties to The Medicine Woman as Chris Swartz previous business partner Damian Miller per an old business websi shows as owner of their cannabis licensing(https://search.cannabis.ca.gov/results?searchQuery=the%20medicine%20woman).
Take a look Medicine Womans current licensing setup. PROVISIONAL commercial distributor and manufacturer Type-N license that have both expired. ANNUAL Commercial Retailer lience(Dispensary). RWGI Covers distribution with recent license being acquired, WITH the planned acquisition of dispensaries later on this year, aka hopefully Medicine Woman. Their retail license is ANNUAL(same as RWGI licenses targeted for acquisition). If they acquire The Medicine Woman this will absolutely explode The Medicine Woman has a very successful store with great reviews AND is opening a new store in a great location in New York City(with ICE T !) https://jerseydigs.com/the-medicine-woman-dispensary-jersey-city/
From previous tweets and the location of address on cali cannabis application in Coachella, it looks like RWGI could be acquiring the distribution license from d9 manufacturing inc (https://search.cannabis.ca.gov/results?searchQuery=d9%20manufacturing) Annual Commercial Distributor license fits nicely with The Medicine Woman needs. What's interesting is they also have a Manufacturer Type 7: volatile solvent manufacturing license. because D9/verano has ethanol extraction system.
Interesting synergy potential here if part of D9 license acqusition is working with Verano and their teams. Can RWGI help D9/Verano expand into California market and beyond? Can D9/Verano make help with Elixicure? Can they provide more white label clients, and cultivators? https://www.globenewswire.com/en/news-release/2019/02/27/1743378/0/en/Verano-Partners-With-D9-to-Expand-High-Capacity-cGMP-Cannabis-Extraction-Technology.html
""This partnership exemplifies our shared vision of creating a brighter way for cannabis extraction and production of the highest quality products,” stated Ron Goodson, Verano’s President and COO. “The D9 technology will be a transformative addition to Verano by facilitating entry to the California market, producing multiple new revenue streams, expanding brand categories for both CBD and THC products and creating jobs. In an industry where there is a shortage of current FDA and Goods Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) extractors, we plan to license D9 systems to a network of cannabis producer partners to provide white-label production for branded cannabis-infused products. Extraction capacity is critically important, especially in infused products, which is the fastest growing segment of the cannabis market. This partnership of combined talents, resources and technology allows for dramatic scaling.”
D9 was the first to develop an integrated, turnkey self-contained, ethanol full-loop cannabis extraction system in California, designed for easy deployment and setup for legal cannabis facilities. Taking a pharmaceutical/food manufacturing approach for operating excellence, D9 instills best Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all levels of current FDA and cGMP in manufacturing operations and safety. D9’s new proprietary system is designed to process 400 pounds of cannabis flower or trim per hour, including full pesticide removal at the molecular level. The system and its technology are designed to meet or exceed today’s pharmaceutical standards. D9’s manufacturing operations will be housed in a newly constructed facility in Coachella Valley, California. "
