They have up until June to get that funding from ESHA of Kazado. I see a mutual termination coming here and a few amendments being made until then. S-4 is effective soon. Abandonment set for early March. Peter is already on board so his money is good as gold. Trying to figure out if they drag feet for a month or so. Maybe BK will start up again. Hmmmm.
