T, just think peeps are putting the cart before the horse here. You cant even see what is behind the curtain because nothing is in English. It only makes sense to question why a large ecommerce company in China that is private wants to give all their assets and revenue to a bunch of knuckleheads on a couple of US stock boards. They would have to build out a US presence because you cant ship a .50 widget from China and give a dividend on the sale vs Temu here. What seems to happen with these Chinese mergers is horn blowing at the onset, and a lifetime to deliver. It is easy to fill out paperwork in NV, not so easy to build out distribution. They view time differently than we do. We do stuff in six months, they take 10x more time to do the same. Not my first rodeo with a pumped Chinese merger.
