The Company has rescinded its agreements with Consolidated, Global, and Tahoe, and dissolved Houdini Group. Management has resigned, and new management has taken over. The new entity is JFH Digital ECommerce Corp. They will be making updates on OTC and the State of NV over the coming weeks.
