Below is our current market cap. Yeah, I expect the authorized share count to be maxxed, if not even more. But there is a huge disconnect between a market cap of $5.6M and said company is taking bids on their project that is 20x that size ($118.5M control price of Fengxin Project / $5.6M market cap).
