It appears they want to be like Temu here, with some sort of dividend paid back to you against your purchases. I suspect they would have to set up an English app and distribute products from North America instead of China. That would be a big retail buildout. I buy from Temu because the stuff is dirt cheap. Not sure how they can offer the same pricing vs Temu they will need to do to compete plus give money back. I guess we will have to see what they have in mind over here. Pay close attention to how they structure this-they are most likely going to set up a separate company for the US, and that is what will merge in. Already happened in other mergers with main operations outside the US. Being a private company with assets and revs outside the US, they have no reason to turn those over to a US OTC shareholder base that has nothing to do with its creation. They will let the US company build out their own value.
