Not without a huge class action lawsuit. The release of FnF will be time sensitive and a lawsuit from shareholders will stay any action until it is heard. Don’t forget the SCOTUS said we should have brought a takings case. I can’t think of any case bigger than trying to steal shareholder value. How are they going to RS the stock when it’s at 30-60 dollars when release is imminent. Shoot it with be 20-30 just from relisting.
