We have realized revenues during the quarter ended September 30, 2023, and we are hopeful more advertising agreements are signed and more ad pressions sold to generate future revenue for our company. While these are signs that progress in our company has been made, we are not profitable and still face several challenges, including those presented as ‘Risk Factors” in our most recent Annual Report on Form 10-K.
