Because I thought I was the only idiot, and I was being told in the strongest of terms as much, by those I thought knew better.

But my mistakes are not the issue.

The question you should be trying to figure out is…
Why was our management team telling us several weeks for the commercial scale plant results Pre-meger, when they knew goddamn well in a few weeks they were gonna dump a SPAC and 1/10 reverse split on us?

Don’t you think telling your shareholders what they have been looking for is about to happen, in Several Weeks, and then management dumping on them what they thought the company would never want to do.
And now, over a year and a half later we’re still waiting for the same commercial scale plant results.

That is blatant, purposeful misrepresentation of the facts.

Don’t you think so?
