Apparently Leo wasn’t the only one overlooking this unique “one look” clause.

Here is the awful beauty this law is providing Cummings; the odds of anyone they’re suing having the money to appeal to the SCOTUS are low.

I won’t be surprised to someday learn that the SCOTUS slapped the MA law down as predatory.

Freedom of speech is not the right to say something anywhere you want, but the right to say it somewhere.
