Bankruptcy is the only situation that I don’t have any knowledge of other than what I learn each day. Obviously much is tied to it. We need to wait and see. Doesn’t seem like it’s moving a fast as I would like it to. I think they will keep it open for a while yet. Possible SEC suit or maybe just claim litigation. Who knows. Cytovia is outside of BK. Naya is outside of Bk. But Immune is tied up. Maybe a windfall from either one will sever the BK case and all just gets terminated / closed and abandoned in one swoop. Hula Hula cuckoo Penny
