you have an incredibly difficult learning disability that impairs your inferencing skills. Talk to a psych. Two truths can exist - one that you're stating (bioaq is long gone) and truth that shareholders disbelieve the outcome (bioaq is private, illegal, inside job, etc etc etc theories). I'll half-agree with the facts of the court but they don't state anything about YOUR purpose. Hence my previous comment that you interpreted poorly. Use your eyes to read, not your nose.
