OMNI (SCANS). I am new to this site and learning about penny stocks. I went to the site you suggested and use the scan you posted. Scan brought up 19 picks and I was checking them out and they all seem to have already made a run. Are you able to catch these before they start the run or do you get in as the run is happening?
