Yea, it is frustrating watching this yo yo, but a positive is the audit is complete. Puts a very close to a spin off now. As long as they don't RS prior to the spin off, we should be in solid shape here. I know they said 5 years before contemplating RS a couple years ago, so around 2027 time frame, but nothing is certain.
