Pretty commonplace these days for people to refer to a secondary/follow on offering as “initial” even though it isn’t. They get away with it because it’s the initial offering on a new exchange.

I don’t like it. But I suppose it doesn’t take but the most minimal of DD to find out that it’s an exchange jump and not a true first offering
