Even if they won the case and the government had many abilities to govern stripped from them, I don't know how much it would do here. We've heard it before in previous cases, even if HERA and the FHFA were vacated, how do you unwind all of this. Felt like the Supreme Court had, in a previous case, almost stated this is too complex, let it stay as is. Sort of felt like the interpretation anyway.
