I’m thru with you because you’re just plain too dumb and I feel bad for you. Even Rat Fink has FINALLY come to the light and realized this is a scam, only years after he destroyed this message board (and many others) with incessant pumping. After reading your post it is painfully obvious how much you lack, whether it be baseline writing skills or just common sense. But I’ll leave you with this…….
You are a very confused and sad person.
You claim to be using a lawyer to recover money American Green owes you for services rendered, yet in the same paragraph you are claiming the company is not a scam…..hmmm, that’s quite a contradiction. Seems a lot like AG “tricked” you into providing a bunch of services without paying for said services. Kind of like how AG spent 10 years releasing info about Zazzz/AGM, Nipton, OG Tea, Truth Lighting and many others but nothing ever came to fruition. The writing is on the wall bud….AMERICAN GREEN IS A SCAM.
So here you are “not defending” American Green but instead telling people they are wrong for calling AG a scam? Seems an awful lot like your DEFENDING the company (because you are).
Also, the bit about requiring a subpoena to disclose locations of an AGM……that’s pure f**king comedy bud. Aside from being totally absurd, if those dumpy machines were operating SOMEONE, be it an inquisitive shareholder, a happy vendor, a satisfied customer, an industry tracker, a press outlet…..SOMEONE, ANYONE would be able to simply verify the location. Alas, as there are NO machines in operation at dispensaries across the US so there is and will be no independent verification.
How stupid are you to defend your work with AG, tell others this isn’t a scam, suggest legal action…..all in a pathetic attempt to gain credibility when all you’d have to do is say “go to XYZ Dispensary and see the machine for yourself?” Boom! Done! Proof positive that machines are in use and egg on anyone’s face who said otherwise. I get you are trying to save your reputation but all you are doing is digging the hole deeper and looking like a total f**kwad in the process.
Look SIMP, I have about 5 years of emails from Chris Ramondetta (former AG stooge), Sheelag Golligee (former “partner”/dispensary owner tricked by AG) and even Stephen Shearin, all of whom call the company a scam and spell it out in no uncertain terms. Ramondetta’s emails apologize for prior conversations where he lied to me about AG business activity that he knew was fraudulent. Goligee’s emails discuss her retaining counsel for the lies about a partnership that AG released in the press. And former CEO Shearin explains his role in the fraud and claims he has gone to the SEC multiple times but they just don’t care. I’ve posted some of the emails here and wrote quite extensively about the AG fraud on Seeking Alpha but I’m not going to waste my time doing it again.
So the bottoms line is, you’re SIMPing for American Green because of some yet unknown, but exceptionally misguided reason and you’re not here to defend your rep. If you were here to defend yourself you’d say something like “my experience with American Green was not good. They stiffed me for my work but I am moving on to new ventures.” Instead you’re calling others bullies and saying we are ignorant for stating AG is a scam BUT BUT BUT you’re NOT “defending” American Green (lmfao at that).
In the end I hope you genuinely understand that misleading people here will do you no good. The SEC doesn’t care about the fraud AG is and has committed but that fraud will and does hurt individuals just as it has lost you time and money. I’m not a religious person but judging from your lack of education (and what I KNOW about you) you are so enjoy reconciling your behavior. I know I would feel truly awful behaving the way you do and the shame will come back to you in some negative manner.
